Alphatek places great importance on protecting your personal information. This policy is intended to inform you of the practices we adopt in this regard.
Automatically Exchanged Information
Like most websites, our servers automatically record certain technical information during your visits: your IP address, the date and time of the visit, the page viewed and certain information sent by your browser. This information is used only to keep the site running and secure, for example to block malicious bots and diagnose technical errors. We do not profile our visitors for advertising purposes.
Audience Measurement (Google Analytics)
Our site uses Google Analytics, an audience measurement service provided by Google (United States), to understand how it is used: pages visited, length of visits, referral source and device type. Google Analytics sets its own cookies, kept for up to two years, and the data is processed by Google outside Québec. We only use aggregated statistics that are not used to identify you.
You can refuse these cookies by blocking them in your browser settings or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
Information You Provide to Us
If you voluntarily provide personal information by email or through a form, Alphatek is committed to protecting it and will only use it to respond to your requests or process your inquiries.
Job Alerts
If you subscribe to our job alerts, we collect your name and email address to inform you of our job openings. We also record whether you view a job posting from the link received by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email. To have your information deleted, write to us at bonjour@alphatek.ca.
Job Applications
If you apply for one of our positions, you send us your resume by email and, where applicable, your portfolio and reference letters. This information is used only to assess your application and is shared only with the people involved in the selection process.
Fonts (Adobe Fonts)
Our site displays fonts provided by Adobe Fonts (Adobe, United States). To display them, your browser connects to Adobe's servers, which then receive your IP address and certain technical information, governed by Adobe's privacy policy.
Service Providers and Disclosure of Information Outside Québec
To operate our site, we use service providers for hosting the site and storing documents (Canada), sending emails (United States) and monitoring technical errors (Europe).
Some information, such as your IP address, your email address or the details of a request, may therefore be disclosed to these providers or processed outside Québec. These providers only have access to it to the extent necessary for the services they provide to us.

Your personal information will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or in accordance with applicable legal requirements. It is then destroyed or anonymized.
Rights of Individuals Concerned
